Vrindavan is the principal site. London and Brisbane are sister Guruvayurappan shrines supported by the Mohanji Foundation.
The principal temple, in the district of Mathura, on land consecrated in 2024. The architecture is Kerala-traditional — Pancha Prakara, Shadadhara, the kodi maram in the courtyard, the wall of lamps along the prakara.

A sister Guruvayurappan shrine in the planning stage, supported by Mohanji and the foundation's UK community. The shrine will follow the same Kerala tradition.
